Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 8 tablespoons Chicken stock
  • 2 teaspoons Carrot boiled, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Pumpkin, steamed, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon Tomatoes, chop into small pieces

Method

  1. Beat eggs and stock together.
  2. Divide the carrots, pumpkins, tomatoes each half, add them to the egg, stir well.
  3. Pour into a steaming cup in boiling water, medium heat for 15 minutes or until cooked.
  4. Sprinkle with remaining vegetables and eat with steamed rice.
