Fried fish with pumpkin sauce

Ingredients
- 3 pieces Snapper meat, weight 80 grams per piece
- 1/8 teaspoon Salt
- Rice bran oil for frying a little
- 6 tablespoons Pumpkin, steamed, finely crush
- 2 teaspoons Mustard
- 3 teaspoons Honey
- ½ tablespoon Lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons Fish stock
- 2 teaspoons Rice bran oil
- Salt and pepper (For a little seasoning)
Method
- Season fish meat with salt, mix thoroughly.
- Bring to fry in oil until cooked.
- Make pumpkin sauce by mixing pumpkin, mustard, honey, lemon juice, rice bran oil and fish stock. Season with salt and pepper. Stir well.
- Pour sauce on fried fish.
