Steamed brown rice, soft meat mixed with salmon meat with good fatty acids, Omega 3 and good quality protein. Along with adding vitamins and minerals from carrots and sweet vegetables. For the complete and complete development of the baby.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (about 1 ladle) Soft brown rice
  • 4 tablespoons Salmon
  • 2 tablespoons Carrot, chopped into small pieces
  • 2 tablespoons Sweet vegetable (leaf only)
  • 1 cup Vegetable stock

Method

  1. Fish meat, sweet vegetables and carrots are steamed until cooked.
  2. Grind through a sieve until fine.
  3. Set stock water, use medium power. When boiling, add brown rice and fish meat mashed with vegetables. Stir the ingredients together.
  4. Reduce the heat to a boil until the rice is tender.
